Where to begin?

You've browsed the store and decided that freshwater is the way to go, but where
do you begin? Many customers start out by buying their aquarium and THEN
deciding what to put in it. These same customers are often disappointed to
learn that the fish they want to keep are too large or in some way incompatible
with the tank they've chosen. Here at Hoffer's Tropic Life Pets, we will help
you in your selection by taking you through your many options before you spend
your money. We like to suggest getting a feel for the amount of space you have
available in your home, and that means taking measurements and bringing them to
us for guidance in your selection. Once we know how much space to accommodate,
then we can begin searching the many species of fish available for the various
sizes of tanks you will have to choose from. This is the best way we have found
to provide you the satisfaction of having something you really want from the
very start, in a way that will work for you and the fish.
